If you subscribe to TapMapp+, you can manage or cancel anytime from the account menu, which opens the secure billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
First check your spam and Promotions folders and mark the email "not spam." Then open the account menu, confirm reminders are switched on, and check the send time and time zone. Reminders only go out on days you haven't already played.
Email support@tapmapp.com from the address on your account and we'll remove your account and its associated data. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how deletion works.
